Craig Smith, Manager

Environmental Specialist

Craig joined the JCM Environmental team in 1991 and now manages the Natural Sciences Division.  Craig has performed hundreds of wetland delineations, jursdictional determinations, mitigation studies, forestry studies and site assessments throughout his career.  Craig has a B.S. in Construction Management and a M.S. in Environmental Science from Drexel University. 

 

 

Todd Hoernemann, Environmental Scientist
Todd joined us in 2003 and has over 20 years of experience in the environmental field, including wetland delineations, plant identification, forestry studies and Global Positioning Systems.  Prior to joining the JCM Environmental team, Todd delineated wetlands for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service - National Wetland Inventory Mapping Program in the midwest.  Todd has earned a B.S. in Wildlife Management from the University of Minnesota and a M.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from South Dakota State University. 

Will Twupack

Environmental Scientist
Will has over 13 years experience in the environmental field.  Prior to joining the JCM Environmental team in 2004, Will performed fisheries studies nationwide.  Will has also performed numerous wetland delineations, forestry studies and percolation testing in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Virginia.  He is a Maryland DNR Qualified Forest Professional, a MDE Certified Water Sampler and a Delaware Class A Percolation Tester.  Will received a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Management from Frostburg State University.

 

Courtney Levering , Environmental Scientist
Courtney is a graduate of University of Delaware with a degree in Environmental Soil Science. She has taken numerous interagency training courses in Wetland Delineation and Plant Identification.

Courtney has previous work experience with the Natural Resource Conservation Service and most recently with NJ DEP in the Division of Land Use Regulation implementing the Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act and the Flood Hazard Area Control Act.
