History...

Jim McCulley started JCM Environmental Consultants Inc. (previously JCMECI) in 1990 to serve the environmental needs of land development clients in Delaware. Jim built upon his experience at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Philadelphia and as head of the wetlands group for KCI Technologies.

Congress recognized Jim's expertise when he was asked to serve on the National Academy of Sciences' Wetlands Characterization Committee along with 14 other distinguished wetland scientists from around the United States. Jim has also served on many state and local committees. Jim has presented at numerous professional societies including the Environmental Law Institute, The Association of State Wetland Managers, World Wildlife Fund and the Society of Wetland Scientists.

Since 1990, Jim has assembled a top-notch staff of professionals that can accomplish any type of environmental study required for land development activities.

JCM Environmental has continually added new services and expanded into other geographical areas. We now offer a full complement of environmental services and have completed projects across the eastern half of the United States.

With a committment to customer service, we are proud to have continually increased our client base, scope of services and geographical areas - and especially proud to continue to serve our initial clients from 1990.

Branches

JCM Environmental is divided into four branches, each with a manager and professional staff. Our strength is the ability of the four branches to coordinate and communicate in order to handle all aspects of all types of projects.
